Turns out it wasn't worth anything: best Geek Squad could do was send out my laptop for *2-5 weeks*. 😡 Not gonna happen. So I got refunded the remaining 20 months of my plan, $300. But then just minutes after that (!) I got in an accident and basically totaled my car. 😭😭😭
